Updated Community Input Timeline

CHDP has engaged in extensive discussions over the past 10 months with members of the surrounding community.

Construction is still a long way away, but we think that’s a good thing. Our intent was to announce The Intersections much earlier than a typical project.

Why?

By making a public announcement about the project much sooner than a typical development, it allows much more time to get the community's input. Our hope is that the community’s feedback can help shape the vision of what could be at The Intersections.

Community Health Development Partners has solicited feedback and guidance from over 40 respected community organizations regarding the scope and design of the project, and the work is ongoing.

There are plenty more community members we want to talk to, and will be reaching out to in the coming year.

We will continue talking to:

  • Civic and Community Organizations

  • City Officials
